" A Call To Arms " 1:32 AWI British Grenadiers

    Hello everyone!

        Hope you are all safe and healthy during this COVID19 situation..Last two weeks I was working on this project , witch is finally ended and ready to be presented here.

        These figures are from a classic "A Call To Arms" , British Grenadiers set from the American War Of Independence series. This set is consisted of 4 different poses painted here , some of them X4 .Two more figures added but I couldn't identify maker. These are the two reloading guys in the back.

  Here you can see the original set and some pictures used as reference of the uniform and equipment.

Britains Deetail " U.S. Infantry Officer" 1:32 , 54mm, repainted

       Hi everyone!  While I'm working on a commission painting for a "AWI British grenadiers" project, I would like to share here a figure painted some months a go. This is a 1971 classic Britains Deetail figure that I decided to repaint. 

   

       These classic figures where painted in a simple way with fancy colors and most of the times they lose their nice details of the sculpt. I will try to paint more of them when I find the time.

Airfix WW2 "British Paratroopers" 1:32 - Vacation painting!

     Happy return to everyone ! My best wishes for a new happy and productive season!
As stated in a previous post, I took some figures with me in the camp site (happy me!). One of the sets I manage to finish. The other one needs some work to do...

     So here are my second try for Airfix " WW2 British Paratroopers" in 54mm scale. I did one more back in 2018 and you can find it also somewhere here :)  Not many differences but brighter colours for the cammo and berets.

Accurate 1:32 AWI Militia

    Hi everyone, while family vacations still goes on, and vacation painting goes well to, I just wanted to post some figures I painted before vacation time as a commission painting( thank you Bob!).

    Here's a set of Accurate ( Revell ) 54mm " American War Of Independence Militia " figures.
This is the second set I've painted so far but still not all the poses of the box. Beautiful set with unique poses that is a pleasure to paint. Though there are some flaws of the sculpts, like awkward faces, but the full result rewards the eye!

   Here's some more pictures to enjoy and judge  the final result. Any critic is welcome!

    For those continuing vacation time, have a happy rest of it! For those returned to normal life my best wishes for a new productive season! ( with no COVID19 please!!)
